1. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location:

• Orders within Accra are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
• Orders to other regions in Ghana may take 3–7 business days.
• International orders are subject to customs processing and may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination country.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

You will receive a tracking notification via email or SMS once your order has shipped. Luxe Maison is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
• Candles that have been lit, burned, or show signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Décor items must be free from damage, stains, or alterations to qualify for a return.
• Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money)
• Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit cards)
• Bank transfer
• Cash on delivery (available for select locations within Accra)

All transactions are securely processed and encrypted. Prices displayed on our website are in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice, though orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price shown at the time of purchase.

4. Product Quality & Warranty

Every Luxe Maison product is handcrafted with premium materials and undergoes quality inspection before shipping. Our quality commitment includes:

• All candles are made with 100% premium soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils.
• Products are inspected for defects, proper scent fill, and secure packaging before dispatch.
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
• Our support team is available via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram to assist with any product concerns.

5. Order Cancellation

We understand plans change. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return once the item is delivered.
• Custom or personalised orders (e.g., custom-labelled candles, gift sets with engraving) cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• To cancel, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order number.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding elements — is the property of Luxe Maison Scents & Decor by Cary and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Luxe Maison shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order. We are not responsible for product misuse, including but not limited to improper candle burning practices that may result in damage or injury.
